Dalmuir Court

New skyline for Dalmuir Court
West Dunbartonshire Council is currently rolling out a programme of buildings’ refurbishments to increase the energy efficiency of their properties, working towards carbon neutral specifications.

Linea was called in to replace the degraded powder coated steel rooftop safety barriers on the Council’s Dalmuir Court flats. New installations were needed that would not only be totally weatherproof, but through design, would dramatically improve the rooftop profile of the building.

Linea fabricated and installed new safety barriers in high grade stainless steel and glass. Artfully designed, they not only enhance the crowning appearance of the flats, but through the use of high grade steel, the barriers are rustproof and designed to withstand all variables of wind and weather. Maintenance free, the installation meets the building’s future requirement for carbon neutrality.
