Our project for Glasgow Caledonian University was to design, produce detailed drawings and totally refurbish their existing refectory, including all its catering equipment. The installation had to fit a specific time slot of only 6 weeks during the University’s Summer break. Linea’s long experience in commercial kitchen and catering design was key to the success of the project. The finished installation is a highly efficient, attractive and durable system manufactured in stainless steel and incorporating Victor counter units. Click here to view the Image Gallery
