HSE Policy
Ensuring good Health and Safety at Work is paramount. With the aid of consultancy, Linea has put in place many controls and procedures to ensure that we are compliant with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
Training Programmes
Together with our consultant we have developed a training matrix showing training objectives together with a timeline for achievement. This is continually updated as new regulations and industry standards come into force.
CSCS Registration
As a construction industry employer, we are committed to CSCS (the Construction Skills Certification Scheme). The scheme improves the overall quality of our service, provides a solid foundation for our workforce’s training and development programme and ensures that HS&E awareness and practice remains current.

In addition to a staff handbook, we carry out regular toolbox talks with its employees to ensure that they are aware of the hazards at work and to promote safe working practices.
